No big surprises emerged from Tuesday’s election in Bladen County, where voters picked who will serve as mayor and fill board seats in seven towns.
More than 1,200 voters cast ballots—about 21.9 percent of eligible voters, according to unofficial results from the North Carolina State Board of Elections.
