Who are the candidates for 2025 municipal elections in the Border Belt?

Voters in Bladen, Columbus, Robeson and Scotland counties will decide this fall who will serve as mayor and on governing boards in local municipalities. The candidate filing period ended July 18, so the final list of candidates is set. Election Day is Nov. 4.
